We do not guarantee that:

- All items are correctly detected

Users are fully responsible for reviewing and confirming all information before using it to make any payment or financial decision.

3. User Responsibility

By using the app, you agree that:

- You will verify all scanned or manually entered data

- You will not rely solely on the app for financial decisions

- You are responsible for any actions taken based on the app’s output

4. Limitation of Liability

Cuenta Express shall not be held liable for:

- Errors in scanned receipts or calculations

- Incorrect bill splits

- Financial losses or disputes between users

- Any damages resulting from the use of the app

5. User Content

Users may upload images (such as receipts) to the app.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

- You have the right to use and share the content

- The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Cuenta Express does not claim ownership of your content and uses it only to process bill information.
